This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By. Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
Those who are known with radar probably know the visual interference phenomenon 'running rabbits'. I've seen them more often than a running rabbit in real. You've 'caught' him or her perfectly Sandi and after that it has become a 'special treatment' from you, lol.

This is a great reminder of spring and a great looking photography and I like the effect you added to this photo to, it as lovely textures and the colour are stunning as well.Plus nice composition and spot in focus control my friend .
Yes that rabbit better have his ears high and be on the alert for he is on the menu for so many predators. You captured him very nicely and your treatment is a nice touch Sandi.

i find these little guys just so comical in the spring, lots of tall grass around me, so its easy to spot even babies playing around on the cut lawn all the time. i like what you did with the grass in this one. really shows the hare off. they move fast a the least sudden movement & hard to get good shots of without a bird lens. nice job!
I like how the veins in the ears are mimicking the grasses behind. Plus the angle you took the shot and the use of a pano is a nice touch; I seldom see one with wildlife and almost never with a rabbit. It puts more emphasis on the critter and the photo from behind gives the feel of spying on an animal who rarely gets snuck up on. -Nik

Maybe those are normal sized ears and the hare just has a small head. Good composition of the scene, Sandi. You don't often see them laying back and relaxing.
