(Main) contests->b/w challenge
My good friend Phil (gonedigital) sent me some of his egret pictures to play around with in the software programs I'm using these days. I decided to use this one for the B&W challenge. I will post the color version a little later on.
Thank you for commenting, and as always I like to know what your thoughts are.
I also want to thank Phil for for letting me use some of his pictures.

The feathers look so soft, like your wolf in "Black Pine Sanctuary'. It's a wonderful effect and your composition and presentation are perfect for the challenge.

Good one for the B/w Challenge Sandi. I think the focus was on the middle one because the other two are blurred.

what! am i the only one that see's this? its a giant cattail! in that swamp looking setting..oh yeah, strangly enough with beaks & eyeballs as well, huh thats odd(scatching my head) :)

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
Beautiful B&W white and I love the soft look that you applied to this wounderful scene and shade in the birds feather is superb.Plus very nice composition along with lovely textures too.

What I can't figure out is that the full screen (Enlarged) version is smaller than the presentation page image, and nobody else is experiencing this. I'd just like to know why.
