I cropped off the frame, and tried to give it more dramatic look.

Tomorrow I'm going to be away for most of the day, going back to the Black Pine Animal Sanctuary, and spending some time with my girlfriend. I will try to comment on some of your posts before I leave, and will catch up when I get back, probably towards evening, I probably will post before I leave. I will be taking the camera, and hopefully will have some decent pics. to share.

I like this one better Tigz. The flower really pops with the great bokeh.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
This version is far superior. I still think it's worth a bit more crop. Try removing half the green space from the top border. Two reasons. It gives the image better balance, and secondly the thin light strip that is part of the vignette, when removed, allows the darker area below to accentuate the soft color and detail of the Iris.

This is another good version of it Sandi - but I think I like the first better as the details in the iris come out more.

They're both stunners, Sandi, but having gone to college for fine art and being an artist for many years, the painterly quality of this one calls more to me. I'm constantly fascinated by the fact that a capable computer program in the hands of a skilled photographer with a good eye can replicate what used to take me many hours sitting in front of a stretched canvas. This should be taken to a photo print studio and printed large on a canvas texture paper, so it can be framed and hung in the foyer of your home to blow away everyone who comes to visit. -Nik
