I never thought of flowers in B&W, but it works...nicely Sandi. Perfect for the challenge too!

A beautiful presentation of the bloom, Sandi. A nice b/w conversion and inversion of the image to add the shadows to the petals. You could use a levels adjustment to bring back some of the white in the blooms or a highlights adjustment to add some light.
