They are so elegant, but can have a real attitude, especially when it comes to their young, and their nests. Thank you for your comments.

This is a beautiful looking photo and I love the detail and light in this capture and the water as a lovely soft look to it, plus great composition and nice to see the slight reflection of the swan in the ripples of the water too.

He/she seems to be giving you the wary or warning eye..I agree they are graceful but also to be reckoned with concerning their young...wonderful shot SAS...nice clarity and handling of the white which can be tricky at times.
