This is from my first visit of the season to my favorite place The Calendar Gardens.

I'm not sure what these lovelies are, but I think their interesting.

They certainly are pretty .
I don't find this to dark .

These flower have stunning colours and the detail you captured superb and nice effect you applied to them as well.I also love the light and composition of this photography as well.

Thought to see by its leaves that it was one the many species of an azalea, but I couldn't confirm this.
It's anyhow a wonderful F² image Sandi.

This certainly needs to be viewed full size to appreciate just how lovely it is. I don't know what they are, just that they are very pretty and your composition has portrayed them to perfection.
The effect you used gives it an almost abstract look.
