Sandi - You'll be standing guard for the next thirty days? ;-) I like how you composed the image, from a low angle, with focused lighting on the two eggs. ~Thad

Love the colours in this capture they are very earth looking and the light playing across the eggs and it great how the eggs have different colours tones it helps them stand out in this nicest detail photo.
You are a very patient photographer to wait around for the nesting and egg laying Sandi. you may have a while to wait for the little ones. Good close up of the eggs.
Wait... how'd you get way up there to take the picture? Just kidding... good capture and good timing with the parents gone. I hope you can get some pictures of the little ones. mary
really nice editing on this one Tigs, i wonder why the eggs are so small as well. then again, could the the sticks on and around the nest be larger then one would expect? nice capture well done :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
good catch here without the parents watching out for you.
