I don't remember the name of color for this lovely Iris so I came up with this one. This is my favorite Iris that is showing her stuff in my garden.

I used the canon 70-200 1:4 L Lens handheld with the canon 40D. Not much editing was done.

Wow another stunning looking iris and love the rich colour this flower as and the detail is superb .Plus it amazing you have the closed flowers at the back and this opened flower as the show case .It looks truly superb my friend,well done .

Looking on Google and the closest flower I found was called an Iris War Chief. It is a wonderful iris and you captured it so well Sandi.
