Viewed full image and it's not too dark Sandi. The smaller size makes it look darker. Sure is a pretty rock garden.

It is definitely not too dark Sandi and it one lovely photography with stunning colours and lovely dappled sunlight and shadows plus spot on composition too.

A garden as a still life. I noticed that you mentioned you had used the "P" mode on your Canon. I have not used that one before (right or wrong, I am normally on "m"}. I have no idea where my Canon book is so I might google to see what the "p" gives or takes away. Which mode do you normally use now?
