From my visit to Black Pine, Mufasa the lion, was soaking in the sun, and even with coaxing he ignored me. Never mind the cameras, this is what you going to get. Lol!

I'm thinking of entering this one into the current contest.

I used the canon combo / set at f5.6 in AV mode, and took this one through fencing.

Those paws remind me of the lion from the Wizard of Oz...when he was showing off his courage to Dorothy. A super shot and great entry into the contest Sandi! Fantastico!

An interesting picture, Sandi, but I think it could have been improved by having you in the picture, possibly rubbing its tummy. I think you should consider going the extra mile in your large cat pictures ;)

its a great shot with that green color above, really nice texture. tigs honey..did anyone check to see if its still alive..no i will not be the one to check... nor will i be the one to comb its hair lol.
