While out taking pictures yesterday, I decided to stop at the Goshen Dam Pond. I was thrilled to see a family of swans by the viewing deck, just off of the parking lot. They were watchful but calm, and they offered me some photo opts.

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
Very nice close up with lovely natural colours great light and shadows and spot on composition too.plus beautifully setting you capture this bird and I like how you captured the swans soft feathers too.

Sandi, I guess that the swans at the pond were already accustomed to people, else they would have been a little nervous. Anyway, it was a good opportunity for you to make some excellent images. This 'portrait' is there to witness. Well done my friend!

This isn't not just a beautiful shot but to me it's really outstanding. Excellent close up and detail, love the fuzzy head plus the pose he's giving you girlfriend, right into my favs
