Great work by both you, Mr. Johnson and of course Grant Wood, Tigz.
I grew up about nine miles (Eldon, Ia) from the house in the background of the "American Gothic," painting.

Think that Seward Johnson had the intention to create a sculpture of honest and hard working people. If so, he has succeeded very well. Very nice capture and very apt title too Sandi.

This is a great riff on the Grant Wood painting Sandi - his work you've showed us was certainly interesting and well executed.

The Cadesians keep calling them a "couple." In fact, Wood painted them in his "American Gothic" as father and daughter, and the models were his sister and his dentist.
