Here is a lens capture of one of the beautiful tigers at Exotic Feline Rescue Center. This was taken at the end of October. I used the canon 40D with the canon 70-300 IS USM lens. handheld, and shot through fencing, and he was on the move.

Love the pose you captured this tiger in it looks like it is homing in on it pray .Great natural colours and stunning detail too.Now Sandi they look cute but stay out of there territorie sticking your camra through it cage lol could be you will be it's dinner lol.

i can appreciate this one Tigs! the fence trick you taught me with the same lens..at first i didnt think it was possible with the glass..turns out if the subject is just the right distance from it, like you said.. Pow! no more fence in focus. its a great shot ya have with lovely color..as always! thank you for sharing your tips with me as well.
