I will be gone most of the day tomorrow, and heading out early. I thought I would post this one tonight, and I will catch up on my commenting, tomorrow night.

The flower and it's visitor stand out very well against the background. Lovely shades of pink and good lighting - the flower appears to be reaching up towards the sun :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Sweet agent, please note that U.S. is not the whole world, as there are some here who are slightly older than yourselves... By 6 hours [SAM & SEAS] or even 12 - 18 [? SALE please correct me if I am wrong!]. Using todays and tomorrows is dangerous although on the other hand quite appropriate for the purposes of secrecy... So, OK, have a nice Sunday. Yours envious & 6 hours older SAM & SAAB [the latter not envious at all LOL]
Great shot Tigs!!! Love the bee, the flower and the striking background. I, too, am longing for spring. I hope to see more bees this year - as I see the bee population declining in our area which is cause for concern. Well Done!!!
It lovely to be reminded that summer will be here soon and this is a great example of summer with the bee collecting nectar and the flowers as stunning colours plus love the light you captured on the bee as well.
Everyone has beat me to what I would say here...lovely pink flower, good clarity on the bee, and I too really like the neutrality and softness of the background...a very pretty post, SAS.
