Yesterday while at the Calendar gardens, the fellow that lives next door to the gardens gave me permission to walk behind his property, and do some exploring. I really enjoyed my walk, and temps got up to the upper 60's, it was a beautiful spring day.
I would like to go back in these woods a little later on , but not sure about how heavy the growth will be? I will be checking it out for sure though, if not maybe in the fall.
I kept the editing simple.

You have given me an idea for a photo shoot, Sandi. There are lots of places to go along the rivers around here. Great looking shot here, with the nice Spring sunshine and the beautiful blue sky. Excellent capture.

This reminds me of the farm I was raised on. We had bunches of Hickory Trees all around our pond. Needless to say the squirrels kept me entertained...I do ramble on. This a nice wooded area that should give you plenty to photograph. You captured a beautiful blue sky. Haven't seen many of those lately. Good job Sandi.

straight ahead and to the right a bit, on the other side of the river is a tree down. its reflection off the water and the tree would make a great pic. you have to go back and collect that one.
