Neat pic and perfectly sized for my screen 1920 * 1080 by the way! In fact anything long and narrow including panoramas fit ! LOL Finished work this morning 8 hours ago, slept a little, awaiting a courier mail bringing Boris treats now LOL No courier mail delivers my treats - they have to be carried up onto the 3rd floor by the undersigned ! LOL I know something about a need of being alone for a while! Sweet duckie. SAM & SAAB
Smile, without a reason why. Love, as if you were a child, Smile, no matter what they tell you Don't listen to a word they say Cause life is beautiful that way. (From the film "Life Is Beautiful")
Referring Raj's comment above: it can be possible that it hasn't found a mate. An other option is that it's a divorced one, after having quarrels with its wife about raising up the duckies, lol. A beautiful loner Sandi!

Yes it seems to be on happy duck and in very go condition to Sandi and you captured this scene perfectly and I love the colours and there natural colours to and with colours like is it will not belong before it as a mate .
You can see he's watching you out of the corner of his eye - it's turned slightly in the direction of the camera - he's a very handsome fellow Sandi and nicely captured.
The mallard is so beautiful - I am in awe everytime I see one - so many splendid colors and he stands out nicely on the grass - Great capture Tigs!!!:-):-):-)!!!
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
