This lighthouse was about a half mile south of where I was staying in South Haven, Michigan.

I have become friends with Chris (Sty) over the last year.

He lives about the same distance from South Haven as I do. He had mentioned coming to pay a visit, but I really did not think he would pull that off.

Well to my surprise yes he did this past Monday. So we did some photo taking together before he left.

This image is actually his, and he gave me permission to post it.

It was a real pleasure to finally meet him in person, and I hope we can do an autumn color shoot together.

Thank you for your comments, and support.

It is indeed a lovey image with the waves coming up on to the beach and the lighthouse in the distance. Chris has done a good job. It is nice to hear that caedes members sometimes get together like you did.

personally?...i wouldnt trust the guy. he still owes me 20 bucks on a bet him and i made.

it was great to shoot next to one of the greats on Ceades, comparing pics, settings, ect... and lots of laughs. the sun set far too fast and the Stylo had to sadly get some road behind him...it was a very good time. im glad my health issues didnt get in the way this time.

the colors are breath taking up US131 in Michigan...sounds good Tigs.

Sandi, I think that you've inspired Chris, as I like his capture very much.
Must have been the result of a good cooperation. Perfectly done (both of you). The magical tones are a bonus to me.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Did the light keep you up at night shining through the window? Looks like someone left their beach ball behind. A beautiful looking scene and capture, Sandi.
