The Look Of A Champion

While at the Calendar garden yesterday, this dogs owner had a friend taking pics of him - who had earned grand champion status. She is now retiring him, as she said he seems to have lost interest. He still means the world to her, and yes the coloring is exactly as you see it here. This sweetie is just 3 years old, and even though it has a bow, it is a male. I forget now what kind of dog it is, some kind of yorkie? I have never seen such coloring, and it's fur touched the ground. What a treat it was to see this sweetie yesterday.

Thank you for commenting, I appreciate it.

He has a man bun. Cute little guy with a weird smile. Nice portrait of him. I think I caught you keyboard bug. Some strange stuff going on with my desktop PC.

A priceless portrait Sandi. I can't resist to smile when I see the expression on its face. Excellent one my friend!

What a beautiful little dog. Nice to retire at 3 (in people years that would be 21) and look forward just playing and eating.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

It is a cute dog. That look on his face just seems to say 'Your not going to give me any attitude because of this bow on my head...I'm a boy dog and don't forget it'. Retired at 3 years...it boggles the mind even in dog years. You captured a splendid picture Sandi.

Is there a bit of a snarl because he is wearing the bow? ;-) Wonderful portrait.

It appears he's been in some many shows and won so many that it's old hat, as his "snear" implies? I'm not much of a little dog lover (although one of my favorite dogs, many years ago, was my dad's toy poodle, Charlie) but I have to say, this photo really shows his character.

He don't look too happy to be having his portrait taken. A good capture of the dog, Sandi. Nice colours and details in the photo.
