A great tonal range and the metallic texture is excellent Sandi. What an interesting place this must be to visit. :)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

The black and white really brings out the textures in those propellers or whatever you call them. Good use of light and dark contrast. Good luck in the contest. I've seen a bunch of pretty good ones today. You've got competition.

Those windmills look nice and clear in b/W Many lines and tones of grey in this shot. Good one for the challenge Sandi.

I agree with Lyn - the tonal range from light to dark is wonderful and the B&W really brings the metallic look to the blades forward.

Very, very interesting. Wish I could be there in person, Sandi, but that's not possible.
Your wonderful B&W image however is a good alternative. Gives an excellent impression of this museum.
Think it will soon have the 'selected status' in de Wednesday B&W challenge. Very well done, my friend!

I like Sty's response. It sure was hot today and I needed a windmill to cool me off. Nice sharp image and B&W works real well with it. Good entry Sandi.

Very fine b/w rendering of this image. I recall a color version of it, or similar view, in a posting from you a number of months ago.
