Meet my friend Shelly, this lady is a dog groomer, and also does cleaning at a large complex here in town. She is always on the move! Here she is doing a Run-Bike-Run. She ran 3.5 miles, biked 10 miles, and then did another 3.5 miles. She did finish btw. I went home and took a nap! Lol! This is my manic Monday post.

She looks in good shape and good for her keeping so active and getting involved in worthy causes...a great closeup with good clarity and color...well done SAS.

Sandi, I see by the expression on her face that your friend Shelly is a dynamic and motivated lady. The thought only that I had to to run 3.5 miles (hope that it aren't nautical miles, lol), and then biking 10 miles, and as finishing touch run 3.5 miles again, is sufficient for me to exhausted.
My compliments goes for Shelly for the sports performance, and for you for visualizing this in an excellent way, my friend!
