I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

I really like the creative idea here, Sandi.

Which sparked a few in me own pea brain, and I'll let the end results of messing around with your artistic photo here fill in the rest of the blanks/my words:

"Flowery Impression | Composition altered & Highlight/Shadows/Curves adjustment"

What I did was..

1) Create a new document in Photoshop that was larger to allow for offsetting your original and create some space to the left, duplicated the background layer and filled it with Black
2) Copied and pasted your original into a new layer on top
3) Put both into a Group Folder (although this might not be necessary
4) Linked the black background layer and the layer that contained your original (re-positioned as mentioned) by ALT clicking between the two layers.

Linking these two layers allowed me to then do the Highlight/Shadows and Curves adjustment to both layers.

And.. done.

Just sharing some thoughts and ideas with you.

That said..

Make no mistake about my words above, I really like this visual offering of yours. My own interpretation, weighing in your title.. is that the lines of the stalks.. which come to forefront, are lastly fleshed out by the blooms themselves.

Nice work.

And, but of course.. thank you for sharing your image/creativity with us. Stimulating thoughts in the minds of your viewers is a compliment in my book. :o)
