This squirrel was hanging from a tree branch using it's tail.

I thought this might be a good one for M.M.

I appreciate your comments, thank you.

I received this message from Kathy (trixie17) and I hope you will join me in extending best wishes her way.

Would you would let folks know in your next post I won't be on for a little while. My husband continues with knee problems from his injury of Xmas night. The Orthopedist drained a lot of fluid from his knee this morning and gave him a cortisone shot in that knee. He also is starting 6 weeks of physical therapy tomorrow with twice a week visits initially. Additionally I'm typing this with my left hand as I had a bad fall early this morning while getting ready to go to his Dr's appt. I sprained my right wrist and struck my right jawbone hard on our cocktail table. The right half of my face is swollen and black and blue but nothing broke! Thanks so much - I really can't be on the computer much until I get this wrist brace off.

These circus artists are amazing especially when they do tricks like this. Nice one Sandi.

A great capture Sandi. I wish we had squirrels here.

Best wishes to Kathy and her husband that their injuries will heal quickly. What a rotten time they must be having.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Squirrels can be hilarious, and this one has quite a few antics! Great shot of the furry little creature.

Wow...when it rains it pours! Best wishes to Kathy and her husband in their recoveries. Distressing predicament!

The acrobat goes on. Eating and exercising. I am sorry to hear about Kathy, I hope she'll be soon well again, her husband, too and will post her beautiful shots.

Perfect entry for Manic Monday perfectly showing the acrobatic act of another 'rascal', Sandi.

Thanks for informing us about the medical issues about Kathy and her husband.
Meanwhile I've sent Kathy a PM in which I've expressed my empathy for them both.

Great job, my friend!

Hee hee, I just want to reach out and pet his belly.

I think you've made a friend, Sandi. Word of your yard must be getting out in all the best squirrel circles.

My sincere best wishes to Kathy. That was nice of you to spread the word.

I along with my mother have a love hate relationship with squirrels, mainly hate because they can be such pests!
I had commented on Kathy's entry a few moments ago. She mentioned how it was hard to type with one hand, etc. I had no idea about her husband. I sincerely pray all goes well with them. I remember a few weeks before my mum passed, she confused her pain meds with Adavan, an anti anxiety med and she had tried to get out of bed, smacked her wrist and head on the end table, and fortunately I was getting ready for work and decided to check up on her and was able to call the nurse.
