There was lots of activity at this well known spot for viewing the migrating Sandhill Cranes. For me it's a 3 hour round trip drive, but I love hearing them, and seeing them. We do get some in the area where I live, but your lucky to spot them, but I can hear them.

I hope your able to view this, I know some are having problems.

Thank you in advance for your comments.

Great action shot - they sure are beautiful and love chattering as they fly - hopefully they'll fly over my house again this spring

Beauty of a shot, Tigs. You were lucky to get this clear of a shot. Maybe you need to borrow Richie's Hubble telescope. :-)

Think they haven't an eye for their 'birds-eye view', Sandi. ☺ .
To me it's on the contrary, but in a reversed upside-down way.
Just splendid, my friend.

Sandi, this is phenomenal. The birds, the clarity, the lighting, the framing, the colors, the background ... everything.

Why, if the pic were any sweeter, you'd have to call it sugarcrane. (Sorry, I can't help myself)

Hey that is good Sandi. Very minimalist and those birds are very sharp.
