While doing a photo shoot with a friend, and fellow photographer who is very good at spotting birds, and naming them, I managed this one.

This was taken at a pretty good distance with the 80-400 at full zoom. The image has been cropped, with a tad of sharpen, and color adj.

I appreciate your comments, thank you.

You got a good shot of the "singer" from such distance.

Even with the crop the bird is very well focused. A good capture Sandi.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

Love your bird composition, Sandi. Its off-centered position is very well chosen and has enhanced the attractiveness of this 'portrait'.
The not diminished details (by cropping) and colors are great too, so a very fine one, my friend!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
