I actually toned down the color a tad buy maybe not enough? The sun was casting it's light and that is what caught my attention.

That late evening glow on the land and all the reflections on the calm lake plus a nice sky make this a wonderful shot Sandi.

Smooth seas do not make skilful sailors.
It is strong, yes, but I've seen lighting like this on many an evening or morning. Beautiful. I particularly like how that same warm red can be seen in the soil on the far shore. Add in the contrast with the sky and its mirror in the water and you have a wow factor of 10 out of 10.

My eyes are drawn irresistibly to the left to that colorful thicket patch but the drama at the right serves to bring me back to peace. A beautiful image Sandi.
