I thought the image was washed out a first, but the more I look, I realize that this Jay is more white than blue. Fine details in this picture.

I too thought this was burnt out at first but I see it's just its' unusual coloring...noisy birds but very attractive...great capture, SAS, especially the clarity of the eye.
