A few clicks difference, and flipped the image.

Thank for you comments, and also thank you for the feedback from my previous post. I'm in the process of getting a computer tower, and a 27 inch monitor. It looks like I will have to order the tower, and it should be here the first of next week, unless I find something at Best Buy.

I appreciate your help!

Very nice shot with good details on the blue jay. When I went to a big electronic store in the city last year I was surprised to see that they had only 3 different "mini towers" but dozens of laptops of all types and sizes.

The 27" screen should be great Tigz. You will be able to notice everything. Well shot image. Luckily he didn't fall when you flipped him. I haven't flipped the bird in sometime. :)

It's funny you mention you getting a new machine. After 8 years the desktop I had been using gave up the ghost yesterday. Fortunately, I looked online and there was a similar unit with rave reviews for a dirt cheap price. As Ramad mentioned, many retailers are getting away from the traditional desktop computers and going for tablets, laptops etc.

Good luck with the new desktop Sandi - I think you'll love it. I also love this blue jay and for some reason like it better this way.

Very nice shot Sandi. The shadow on the bird's heads enhances its features. Hope you have great success in computer shopping. I have had my HP Pavilion for over four years now and it has worked wonderfully for me. My flat screen is only a 13 x 17 but works nice.

Excellent photo, you have just the right pose, light, details, composition, etc. I love that I can see this magnificent blue jay with such details, you really have a strong sense of their beauty, Favorite!

What a beauty Sandi - I have not seen the other one yet.

Good luck with your new machine :) Have you considered an all in one? Mine is one and although I do not move it about very much it is SO very easy when I do! It is a 23" HP Pavilion with a touch screen (usually forget I have that feature)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Super capture, nice that you have so many different type of birds around and keep that camera snapping. Love these bird captures.

Well I think you've already gotten the right hardware for shooting the photos, for certain, evidenced by the shine spot on his eye and the delicate feathers on his face. 'Twill be interesting to see what a new computer and monitor will add to your already excellent photos, Sandi. It's always fun to get new stuff and experiment.
