I took this yesterday evening, there are 3 that call the woods down the road home, and they have been visiting my side yard a lot, this season.
This is not as clear as I would like but it was shot through a window, and screen. I used my D500-70-200mm combo.
I had another version posted and wondered if it was too dark, and the two comments I had both said it was,so I removed it, and posted a lighter version. Thanks in advance for commenting, I probably won't leave this up, as it's not the greatest, but I was so thrilled to get a shot of one of them. I had to use my step ladder so I could shoot over the dryer that sits in front of the window. :) Not perfect shooting conditions by any means.

This is much better, I think the time of evening in a shot makes quite a difference. It does look like it's waiting for you to get the shot.

Not only is it lighter, I believe it's a little sharper as well. In this one I can see better definition in her fur, ears and eyes. That's me being a nice friend. If you were talking to Sheldon Cooper (Big Bang Theory), he'd say "Maybe you should wash your windows".
