This is the entrance from the parking lot to this lovely quiet park. Whenever I have been there I have had it to myself, which is fine with me. :) This was a real gem that Stylo showed me when I first visited the area 3 years ago.

Perfect composition with a fine 'light and shadows play', Sandi. The flowering shrub on the right is the well known cherry on top of the cake to me. Very well done (per usual), my friend!

All the dappled shadows make this an outstanding picture that one can almost imagine movement in as the tree shadows move in a gentle breeze.

When fear comes to me I will stubbornly choose Faith Instead!!!!
By studying that pergola/arbor's top boards, we can tell that it's a long curve. I did visit the U.P. back in 2001 but didn't get any farther into the "mitten" than Mackinaw City and Fort Michilimackinac. Perhaps next time, but for now I can add it to my list.
