Firstly, welcome to caedes. I suspect this was taken on either a mobile phone, or a very old digital camera. Either way, I am afraid you really need to improve the quality of the equipment, or perhaps clean the lens. The image is fogged and out of focus. If you want to be serious about postage good images here I suggest you invest in a new small 'point and shoo' camera.

About the image. Firstly, taking pictures of small animals it is best to get down to their level rather than look dawn at them, you will find the results much better. You have unfortunately placed his head slap bang in the middle of the picture. This means that Freddy's body goes off to one side. This leaves the picture unbalanced, that is, dark on one side, light on the other. You have also cut off most of his body. This in itself is not bad, but if you just wanted his head I would have got closer to him so that his head filled more of the picture.
