Trish and I sat on a convenient log and watched the colours change and creep across the sky. The occasional fish jumped but I’m afraid they just don’t show up on a fifteen-second exposure. Enjoy if you will… we did.
Yes, a touch of romance in this one :) The slowly disappearing sun is lovely to see. A splendid reflection on that beautiful water - it's pure eye candy. The colors are amazing and favorites of mine. Thanks Robert, for sharing this view :^)

What a big romantic softie you are!! lol This is a beautiful image with marvellous pastel shades. It is so unlike most sunset pictures (including my own!).
this truly is a eye-catching sunset, one thing i do miss about aus sometimes was the occasional radiant sunset on the beach. glad you got to enjoy it with someone special. :)
Hi Robert,
Your beautiful picture radiates peace and tranquility. The calmness of the water suggests a shallow lake with lots of Dragon Flies. The purple and gold sunset melt together in the sky casting a nice exact reflection in the lake. What a serene way to end a day and share it with someone you love!

Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb. - Churchill
