This is an experiment with some different techniques in finishing and the last(for now) in my orchid series. I appreciate all the great comments I've received and would like honest comments on the techniques in this one. Thanks, Kathy

Another dark glasses job, Kathy! The soft focus round the edges really does give it a dreamy feel. Brilliant work.

It has snowed some today and it's bloody cold, -20C wind chill.
I do like the effect it gives the image a soft feel yet it defines the subject!
