Before summer was only a distant memory I wanted to post a shot that got lost in my summer files. I applied a very slight touch of Orton to this to enhance the beautiful rich blue of the main flowers. All comments and critiques appreciated.

Very very pretty, Kathy. It seems just days ago that all the foofies around here were in full bloom.

You can't get much deeper blue than that Kathy. The matching frame is a good touch too. Well done.

Beautiful deep blue colour in your photo of these lovely lost blooms, Kathy. Nice lighting and shadows in the scene, and a good framing job.

Hi, Kathy....

First of all, this really is a beautiful photo of these gorgeous flowers. As always with your flower photos, I can't think of anything to critique.

But summer isn't a distant memory around here. It was 115° in town today. I spent much of the day at the gym swimming laps. Typically the ocean breezes roll in about 5:00 pm, but it's almost 8:30 and the temperature is still hovering in the upper 90's.
