This is a fall shot from a couple of years ago in Door County Wisconsin. This was shot about 7:30am and the small amount of sunlight then was all we would see that day. There was huge storm churning through Lake Superior and heading down Lake Michigan - you can see the normally deep blue Lake Michigan was almost muddy looking from all the sand churned up. By the afternoon snow was blowing in sheets sideways across the roads and by nightfall there was a dusting of snow where I was and 2-4" of snow down in the Chicago area 230 miles further south on Lake Michigan. A very early snow in these parts! All comments and critiques appreciated.
Ahhhhh Kathy! What a marvellous painting!!! I will decorate my house with wonderful paintings of Cades friends on the walls! :-) All these weather conditions you describe create a wonderful scene and your photo is marvellous!
