Taken on the forest floor in Wisconsin - I don't know what type of tree this sapling will become but I liked the coppery color of it's fall leaves. Today is my 3rd anniversary on Caedes and I thank one and all for the positive experiences. All comments and critiques appreciated.

Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun

I call that color Burnt Orange, and it is very attractive. Fantastic shot of the fall leaves, Kathy. Congrats on your third anniversary here.

Looks like a birch tree leaf, check to see if there are any canoes nearby made out of birch bark. Wonderful colours in the photo, Kathy, and good details in the leaves.

The difference between a bad artist and a good one is: the bad artist seems to copy a great deal; the good one really does. ~William Blake
