This is actually a photograph from yesterday morning. I tripped with my finger on the button as I walked near my neighbor's patio. She had flowers and Christmas decorations and all sorts of things out there. The shot went off and I thought well there's one to delete. No focusing, no settings other than what was in there for my previous shot by the lake. When I downloaded it I loved all the colors in it and the motion blur so I framed it and here you have it .. .. .. my dabble for today. I couldn't repeat this with 100 tries!

Kathy, I thought (when I hadn't read your narrative yet), that you was inspired by Barnett Newman, but see now that's an 'accident', lol.

Think your decision to post it, is a very wise one!

Makes a lovely abstract artwork.
You should print and frame it :)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Your intro and the result reminds me of camera toss photography...have you heard of it?...I've never tried it but it too results in some very interesting abstracts, which yours here has too...congrats.

Kathy - A beautiful accident that with desaturation will make a nice texture for future work. Thad
