Kathy - The colors are beautiful, and the framing and 'fuzzy' vignette work well. In candor, the composition has too few blooms; I would suggest cropping the right third out and having a nearly square image with the large bloom and its surrounding buds as the focal point. Thad
I dare to disagree with dear Thad before me. The flower that he would crop looks most charming with the translucent petals... Oh well, it is always the same case with us, Poles. We tend to disagree and propose five different suggestions contrary to one another LOL This time I would not change anything !!! LOL Love the colours and lighting and would not bother so much about rules of composition just in this particular case at least ! SAM & SAAB
Perfect lighting on these wonderful Asters, Kathy. I appreciate the honest comment of both Thad and SAM. They prefer on the one hand being honest above being polite, but on the other hand they have to realise that thousand people will give thousand different opinions, lol. To me, however, it's just a matter of taste, and this is an image according to my taste.
