The name is Campanula Poscharskyana. The Campanula genus has over 1500 species found throughout the world. Most have blue or white bell-shaped flowers (thus the common name), but you can sometimes find lilac or pink flowers as well. This one is a trailing perennial that flowers in June or July and does best in part shade. It's particularly good in rock gardens or stone planters because of its trailing habit. This particular variety was studied at The Chicago Botanic Garden along with 88 other varieties of bellflower and was found well suited to northern climates.
