The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
Beautiful with bright colors. Reminds me of fan shaped sea plants flowing with the current. Excellent creation, Kathy & will make a wonderful contest entry.

To me you've depicted the mood of a person in a chaotic situation. Very hard to visualize this, but to me you've succeeded in doing this.
