That's the colloquial name for this greenery not sure of the botanic name. I spotted them in the greenhouse and liked all the veining in the leaves. I'm late today as we are undecorating the house from Christmas - never fun!

I like the colors and intricate vein patterns on these leaves, Kathy. Before opening your photo, I thought I was going to see one of my favorite pastries. Bravo.

This shot reminds me of a plant that was in the conservatory at the Toledo Zoo. I love the color of the leaves. Great detail too, Kathy. Excellent shot.

This is a lovely plant Kathy and you filled the frame nicely!!! I love the nuance of colors in the leaves of this plant. Well Done!!! p.s. I believe this plant might be known as an arrowhead vine:-):-)

Looks to be about time you gave them elephants a good bath, They're starting to go a bit moldy. A good capture of the ears, Kathy. Nice details and colours in the photo.

Its botanic name could be 'Alocasia wentii' Kathy. I'm not sure because the leaves of the species shown by you in this (very fine) image are somewhat lighter than than the by me known Alocasia species.
