O.K. - this is a real image of the blizzard in full rage. The winds are howling at about 40mph and snow is falling at the rate of an inch per hour and the temps have dropped 10 degrees over the past 3 hours. Behind this tree line about 50 yards is the local performing arts center - a very large brick building - see it? I didn't think so as we have fog besides the snow and wind and they claim we will have thunder and lightening by later this evening. If you've never experienced thunder snow believe me it's creepy.

Hey it looks like that out here too at least almost, not foggy, but snow and snow and more snow. It is supposed to get windy here too,but so far, I have not really noticed that yet anyway. Good image, but too darn cold looking. :) tigs =^..^=

Kathy, take care - that shot of the snow and your description has certainly developed into a major snow event. In our area, the forecast is calling for rain - I hope.

It looks familiar Kathy. All I have to do is look out my window.

In spite of the weather the photo looks nice with the trees in silhouette and the white covering on the ground and in the air. You don't need warning from others Kathy. You know that the best place for you now is at home.

I should just stay put here in Delaware. I am not ready for all that snow, although I had a lot of practice with it last year. Very nice shot of the blizzard, Kathy. I like the foggy look.

You certainly have some mega-snow, Kathy. On the positive side, living in a condo/townhome, someone else tends to the shoveling. Stay safe and warm!

It seems a few of us are looking out the same window although we are not having a blizzard per se, nor any thunder or lightening...good shot under difficult conditions.

Take care, keep warm...and be safe!

This is even better, Kathy. Based on your last image I took the liberty of throwing away all my snow removal tools. And now you tell me this is coming.
A great capture of the storm, Kathy.
