Taken in early September - a large patch of late blooming Black-eyed Susan or Coreopsis. I got down on my knees to get the right angle for this shot - not easy with a bum knee!

They are a pretty color and there are a lot of them, Kathy. I prefer the name Coreopsis to the more common name.
