I totally agree with you Kathy, these are such unique plants, and I think you did a very nice job on this one. Good color, and texture/detail. tigs=^..^=
Kathy, it's a pity that a Bromeliad blooms only one time. When the flower is at its top, the mother plant will die. The die-off process differs with the Bromeliad species. The young shoots however continue to grow. One can put them in a pot and they'll certainly grow to a mature plant. After a period of time (1 to 2 years), the plant will regain a flower and shoots, so a continuing story, lol.
