Taken last week - one of my favorite flowers to photograph because they are so graceful and remind me of a bird in flight. The lighting I found on this one was about perfect.

Columbines come in such a wonderful variety of colours. I like this side on angle. We call them witches hats.

Exquisite image! I've never been able to grow these. I see them growing out of rocks and crannies, and I can't get them to grow in my wonderful soil! lol

This is REEEEEEEEEALLY well done. I like the angle. We shoot flowers mostly from the front never thinking about the possibilities of a side view. Nice. KEEPER
