This is the shot I used to make my Impressionism entry for the past contest. I had never posted it. It's a Koi pond in a shopping area near where I live.

Both are so beautiful, but this one is outstanding with the colours and surroundings so crystal clear, right into my favs

A wonderful and perfectly taken scene, Kathy.
I'm still amazed however by your skills to convert this scene into a splendid impressionistic 'painting'. Wished therefore that it had been a winner, but I accept anyhow the democratic voting process. It's a pity to me however that was decided otherwise.

Kathy - I see some of the fish in the pond! How nice that this was created and maintained by the shopping area. Too often, this is seen as twenty to thirty parking spaces, not for the beauty you captured so well.
