Sorry I don't know the name of this rose. I saw it in someone's garden as I walked by and grabbed a shot. I can tell by the form it's a hybrid tea rose and I love the color combo.

Gosh, is there something that you do with your camera and technical skills that produces such a perfect photo? .... it almost looks better than viewing this rose in real time at the location you have taken this shot.
