This delectable looking cupcake is actually an ornament I found on a tree labeled the "Tasty Tree". It was among a group of themed trees and this tree was full of food items. I couldn't resist touching it to find out the cake part is rubber and frosting is silicone. The pink cake liner felt like nylon. This looked so incredibly real!

That frosting looks as yummy as tile caulk. Which is pretty much what it is. Tell your guests they're chewy, but stick with it, there's a payoff. Your laughter.

I love unusual ornaments like this (I got a blown glass Big Mac burger for my wife to open in a few days... shhh, don't let on), but I have to say, as a diabetic, when I saw it as a thumbnail I first shivered a little, thinking you were teasing us with the treat you got to sample. It looks so real and your photo does it justice.
