This is a celebratory shot - the snow is over after 9 days of measurable snow - it has stopped - we had a total of 18.6" at O'Hare airport the official measuring spot. Some areas had more and some less. We live north and east of O'Hare so we probably had slightly more as that's how it usually goes in the Chicago area. This rose has been in my bin for over 3 years so I'm letting it out to enjoy today's bright sunshine.

Beautiful and I'm glad you let her out of the bin, I think it was overdue my friend. :) The color, the detail, and lighting are wonderful. It's cold here today but the sun is out, and supposed to warm up some. tigs=^..^=

What beautiful clarity this has! Very nice Trixxie. I still have flashbacks when I flew into O'hare many years ago. Very hectic airport to say the least.

After three years in a conditioned bin, this 'floral queen' probably will have to get accustomed to the present wint'ry weather. Although the sun is shining now in your area, hope that she won't get a cold, Kathy, ☺ ☺ ☺ .
