Pansies and ranuncula - cold weather lovers. However I took this pretty planter last week and I suspect they may all be dead or close to it by now. It continues to snow/sleet.
Kathy, the freshly planted flowers in my garden, suffered almost the same fate. Not because of the cold but because of temperatures rising too fast (27 degrees Celsius/ 81 degrees Fahrenheit in the shadow). If your flowers don't survive, you've at least a colorful and beautiful memory. However, a meager consolation.

They make a wonderful spring mix of color. They called for some snow last night here, but I don't think it happened, at least I can't tell. Warming up starting today, so I hope it does for you too! tigs=^..^=
