That is the name of this magnificent oriental lily. The blooms are very large and there are up to 8 blooms per stem. These were in a bed with Russian sage and Rosa Rugosa - a lovely combination.

Casa Blanca or 'White House'. Hope however that these wonderful lilies have nothing to do with politics (because of the presence of Russian sage as well), Kathy, ☺ ☺ ☺ .

The combination is indeed lovely. It is strange to see these flowering now as we don't get them until around Christmas time.
